Counsel for how we create, connect, and build today.
Advising individuals, businesses, creators, and institutions on Intellectual Property, Media & Technology, Capital Markets, and Constitutional Law.
Farid & Farid is a boutique law firm founded by Yahya Farid Khwaja and Mariam Farid Khwaja. The firm was built around the practice areas shaping Pakistan's modern economy — intellectual property, media and entertainment, technology and digital regulation, capital markets, and constitutional law.
We advise individuals, businesses, creators, and organizations navigating complex legal and regulatory questions, with particular depth in matters involving digital platforms, broadcasting and media, emerging technology, corporate affairs, and constitutional law. Our work also extends to digital rights and online safety — including advocacy for stronger legal protections for children online.

Each engagement draws on direct experience with the regulators, platforms, and institutions our clients answer to.
